Every homeowner who has purchased a home in the Winds of Tatum community is a Member of the Winds of Tatum Homeowners Association (HOA) and has legally agreed to abide by these documents. The homeowner is also legally responsible for ensuring that all of their guests and tenants (if any) abide by these same rules.
